Fines can reach up to 35 million EUR or 7% of global annual turnover (whichever is higher) for the most serious violations. Even minor offenses can cost up to 15 million EUR.
What is AI literacy and why is it mandatory?
The AI Act requires employees working with AI systems to have sufficient knowledge about how they work, their risks, and limitations. Training is mandatory and must be documented.
How long does compliance preparation take?
